PRODUCT RETURN

CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCT RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you have the right to return the purchased products within 14 days from the date of receipt. The exception to this deadline is the return of products purchased in December, which can be extended until January 15 due to the holiday season.
Please note that we can only accept undamaged products! The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the Buyer.
In all cases, please include the product to be returned in the package in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and send the electronic return form to us.

WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the purchase price of the product(s) within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product, to a Hungarian bank account.

You can return the product in the following way and to the following address

ATTENTION! IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE ON THE NONPLUS WEBSHOP, YOU CAN ONLY RETURN THE PRODUCTS TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED. THE COST OF RETURNING THE PRODUCT SHALL BE BORNE BY THE BUYER!

1. FIRST STEP:
- In all cases, first fill out the electronic return form

2. SECOND STEP:
- Send/bring back the product/products to the specified address in its original condition, undamaged, with the company name and phone number provided:
